Considering buying an Airport... [11 Nov 2009|09:26am] macintosh [salvanos] I am currently using a WRT54GS wireless router from LinkSys; but I periodicaly have an issue where my cable modem service is still active; but I am unable to load websites / play games / etc for up to 25 seconds (sometimes longer). For online gaming this is unacceptable as it leads to either being disconnected from the server, or the game just looping the last sounds / actions it registered before the drop. I believe the problem is my router. And what I am wondering is what any of you with an Airport would recommend. Is the Apple router really worth the cash, or is there a better alternative you might suggest? I have 1 Mac, 1 PC, and several wi-fi capable devices in our home, so I'd want to make sure that setup was pretty universal. 4 Walked The Crooked Steps|Honor Thy Father

I have a lot (A LOT) of contacts in my Apple address book, and I want to add all these contacts to my Thunderbird account. However, I don't want to do each entry individually -- that would literally take forever. Exporting address book and importing it into Thunderbird won't work either, unless I want to spend a ton of time fixing the entries.
